Speed assist

Excessive driving speed in congested or hard-to-access work areas increases the risk of accidents. Delicate cargo also requires a controlled speed to avoid damage. With Speed Assist, Linde has developed an assistance system that can be mounted on the forklift's safety frame, available as a factory option or for retrofitting. Controlled by radar sensors, the system automatically adjusts the forklift's speed to the indoor and outdoor areas it operates in. The speed setting can be defined by the operator as needed.
