Combilift Gantry
Mobile Gantry from Combilift is a perfect example of customised transport equipment for the wind turbine industry, etc. The remotely controlled mobile gantry has multi-directional steering and lifts, turns and rotates the items, such as wind turbine blades, coils, bridge sections and motors. The gantry is so narrow that it passes a three metre wide gate opening, drives just as well indoors and out and, with a mobile gantry at each end, lifts a wind turbine blade onto a flatbed truck.
