We are upgrading the Yourfleet customer portal to make your fleet management even simpler. One key benefit of the brand new dashboards is that you get a continuous overview of the development of the overall economy in the machine fleet. The key figures are visualised in a simple graphical form, so you are presented with information that is most relevant to you.
The user-friendly dashboards are a new feature of the Yourfleet customer portal and are designed to provide quick, clear and direct access to important key figures. The Yourfleet portal is entirely free to use for all N.C. Nielsen's service customers. Not only does it provide access to the important key figures in short form, but it also provides a range of detailed data on the entire fleet, each machine and their individual performance.
At N.C. Nielsen we always listen to our customers. The new dashboards express this mindset in the best possible way by presenting relevant data in the three basic forms that most customers request:
“We are focused on the value that users get out of Yourfleet. The portal is a free service for our customers, who can quickly, easily and in a user-friendly format get the information they need. Dashboards are yet another part of our overall service concept, where we operate on our customers' premises,” says Service Manager Thomas Kamp Villadsen from N.C. Nielsen.
Yourfleet is intended as a tool that supports your work, gives you an overview and allows you to go into detail with the information you need . As a user, all data is made available to you and the portal is updated around the clock with the latest input. The new dashboards allow you to set different parameters or filters to get an even better overview of the key figures you need to see.
“We have developed the portal, so that it is instantly easy to access from all digital devices. From our website, our customers can sign up to the portal and get started right away. There are also a couple of instructional videos on the website that explain more about the features. If you have any further questions, you are always welcome to contact us so we can guide you around the portal," says Thomas Kamp Villadsen.
